The PLISCHKA Company

The PLISCHKA Logistics Group is headquartered in Berlin. What began in 1948 as a one-man moving company, namely PLISCHKA Furniture Transport, has evolved over time into an internationally active company. Today, PLISCHKA operates at six locations: Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, and North Rhine-Westphalia. Around 300 employees work across various areas and processes. At regular intervals, PLISCHKA employees receive both theoretical and practical training in work processes. Thanks to this flexible and well-trained workforce, PLISCHKA can support its customers across industries by taking over production-related and follow-up processes. The companies of the PLISCHKA Logistics Group are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, which attests to both a consistently high quality standard and structured processes.

PLISCHKA’s Range of Services

It’s no secret that PLISCHKA performs moves. But in addition to services like private and project moves, our company also offers new furniture and warehouse logistics, as well as distribution and inhouse logistics. So it can be said that PLISCHKA combines freight forwarding and logistics in one. Furthermore, our customers can benefit from various logistics services such as FIFO/LIFO management and the development and implementation of logistics concepts. PLISCHKA’s goal regarding customers is to create new logistics products. This is achieved by leveraging all possible synergy potentials and optimizing established processes.

PLISCHKA Logistics and Storage

As part of our logistical activities, PLISCHKA maintains approximately 30,000 m² of warehouse space in Berlin. Of this, 5,800 pallet spaces are designed as a computer-controlled high-bay warehouse. There is also the option for partial heating of the storage areas. Additionally, around 10,000 m² are available as block storage space. In Saxony, PLISCHKA has another 10,000 m² of storage space, which can also be partially heated. These are each about 50% designed as computer-controlled high-bay warehouse and block storage space. In Brandenburg, we have around 8,000 m² of hall space for block storage. Approximately 5,000 m² of storage space is also available as block storage in North Rhine-Westphalia.
